The cost of insurance in the US feels like a big scam. I end up paying more for insurance than for my car payment, and despite having no tickets or accidents, the price keeps increasing every year. It's meant to support military personnel, but it seems more like another way to take money out of our already tight paychecks.
Revised review: This company is truly exceptional for homeowners insurance, banking for both customers and contractors alike. As a contractor helping customers with insurance claims through USAA, I have experienced their outstanding service firsthand. While their prices may be slightly higher, the benefits far outweigh the extra cost. In my experience, quality service is worth the investment – just like how I've never regretted paying a bit more for a delicious steak!
Not sure what is going on, but the service we use to receive 10 to 15 years ago is completely gone. This includes trying to obtain insurance for a new vehicle to submitting a claim. Please call me at 615-934-4256 if you care to discuss and probably needs to be someone with authority to make changes.
Excellent customer service—very responsive to fraud issues.
Please update the debit/credit colors. Blue & green are not distinguishable enough in low brightness (& I have “young” eyes). I know there are “-“ to denote debits too but a classic debit color would improve accessibility.
Accurate app and quick to make payments!
I was trying to log into the app through my new phone and it asked for a security code. So I thought that by using my old phone to access the security code through the app would work but the app proceed to ask me again for the security code. It only gave me one of two options to receive the code (phone number & app). Unfortunately I don’t have access to my old number either. I do want to say it offered email also but wouldn’t let me choose email to receive the code. It’s kind of annoying that it’s making me do this and not giving me any sort of code or anything or other options 🤦🏽♀️
They’re definitely there when you need them.
