## USC Trojans Game Day Reviews in United States

### *---- "The app is practically useless"
With each update, this app seems to get worse. Previously, you could select which sport you wanted information on, but that option is no longer available. Now, I have to scroll through every sport to find what I’m looking for—football. Let’s be honest, most users are likely looking for the football schedule. Please improve the app by adding a filter for specific sports, or allow users to see only their favorite sport once selected. For a school with such prestige and resources, it’s disappointing to release an app that diminishes that reputation.
-- Ramsickle, 2024-10-05

### *---- "The WORST app"
Navigating this app is terrible. When you want to find the football schedule, you have to go through other sports instead of having a menu to take you to the sport of your choice. It would be great if they allowed you to have a “favorite” page to start on. A few years ago, the app was great, then they changed it and it’s been terrible ever since.
-- keri65287, 2024-09-21

### *---- "App Doesn’t Work Please Fix"
App crashes as soon as you open it
-- Ssss1383, 2024-09-12

### *---- "Awful"
App doesn’t work. Unable to access my tickets.
-- Jack Seaton, 2024-05-03

### *---- "Logins no longer work"
Since a few updates ago I’ve been unable to log into the app. Attempting to do so returns the error “UserMigration failed with error invalid credentials”. The exact same credentials work on the SC evenue site.
-- RidleyGriff, 2023-09-02

### *---- "Unable to login"
I am unable to login after the recent update. There was an update released today and still the same issue. Fix this ASAP!
-- USC562, 2023-09-01

### ****- "App crashed since last update"
I am unable to sign in. After I input my email it wants me to click on the pop up message “email/X” but nothing happens so I am unable to continue.
-- Shooter0760, 2023-08-30

### *---- "Just the worst"
Needed to get tickets, took wayy longer than it should have… was forced to download the crappy app only to never need it in the first place…

Filled with useless features…

Would be infinitely better to do a smaller set of better (native) than a bunch of features poorly
-- CarDealerVic, 2022-11-25

### *---- "Very difficult app to navigate"
Annoying to have to login every time you are accessing tickets. UX is confusing for entire app
-- alumni415, 2022-11-25

### ****- "App is improving, but…"
You need to change the color of the word “CONTINUE” on the opening screen because it is now gold on a gold background, and almost impossible to see. The word “Continue” would be much better in black!
-- MustangGeeTee, 2022-11-10
