## UScellular Protect Reviews in United States

### *---- "This App no longer works"
I have used the USCC Protect app since 2020 and it was an excellent app for backups. I was given 100 GB of storage in order to backup my iPhone 12. This year I upgraded to iPhone 16 and the app would no longer backup my phone. I was not a subscriber to the service and only used the secure backup function found in the tools folder. For the last three months I have bounced between US Cellular and Assurant (App Developer). And no one can explain to me why the App no longer works. I have deleted the App, reinstalled the app, changed the password, created new account, all to no good end. When I bought my iPhone 12 back in 2020, US Cellular recommended this app as a free way to back up my phone. Don’t install. Neither US Cellular or Assurant Tech support will be helpful.

### ***** "Outstanding"
Always willing to help and fix the issue
-- Karla543434, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Absolutely the worst"
I feel I’ve been robbed
-- Love you mama how is our boy?, 2023-09-11

### *---- "Review of backup"
Before the new app, it backed up my phone in a few minutes. Now it never finishes the backup and it takes forever with the little bit it does
-- VeronicaMB9, 2022-03-26

### *---- "Useless"
Latest update is terrible! It used to work flawlessly and would backup everything on my phone. Now it’s a never ending loop of errors. It says it will backup in the background, that’s not true, every time I exit the app it gives a notification that the backup stopped unless the app is open. I’ve tried multiple times to do the initial backup and have never completed it yet. It just seems like the new app is more of an add than something actually useful.

### *---- "Changes"
Do not like changes. Do not know what happened. Do not know how to use.
-- JrHiXCcoach, 2022-03-02

### *---- "Frustrating"
This app so far has taken 3 days to try and back up phone and there is not much on the phone to back up. Not worth all this!!!!
-- dddddfffffffghgfcf, 2020-10-08

### *---- "My phone"
This app will not let me have very important calls that I need to answer. Not happy at all deleted off the phone but it still continues to do the same thing. I need to know how to permanently delete it 😡
-- Grammie1954, 2020-03-16

### *---- "Backup problems"
I’ve tried to backup several times and each time it estimates 18 hours to back up but eventually just shuts down. I’m frustrated and wouldn’t recommend.
-- backup probs, 2019-11-02

### *---- "Bad restore and backup"
While backing up and restoring the app gets so far at doing one or the other and then errors out. Eventually you manage to get the stuff backed up but to restore any great amount of data, like a music collection, is almost useless. I have over 1000 songs on my iPad. It gets to 90 and then errors out and when you start it it starts back from scratch instead of starting where it crashed. So it’s very difficult to get my songs restored. If the developers of this product are reading these comments please fix your issues so you’re back up restore works without erring out!
