## USEE Reviews in United States

### *---- "App not working!"
After using this app for several years, it appears to have a glitch and will not work on my new phone. What is the alternative?
-- Lewmony, 2026-03-12

### *---- "Bad product"
The camera isn’t great and the software is horrible.historically it would take multiple times to connect, can’t get it to work at all now. I do not recommended this product.
-- mmbrooks77, 2026-03-01

### *---- "App will not connect to phone"

Used this just fine a couple months ago but now it won’t connect to my otoscope at all, despite it being charged and working just fine
-- 2-lazy-to-think-of-a-name, 2026-02-18

### *---- "THIS APP PLUS THE CAMERA IS A WHOLE RIPOFF BRO!!!IM SO IRRITATED RN"
i’m half deaf and i use this camera to check my ears to see if anything is wrong. bro it’s a ripoff all these other people are having the same issues , some people are “lil miss perfect” and have zero problems, the owner of this app needs to app step by step on how to connect the camera to the app , and explain on what to do on if it’s acting up!!!!
-- this app is bad just terrible, 2026-02-14

### *---- "Not working anymore"
I have been using this app for a couple of years. I do not use my otoscope camera everyday or even every week but often enough. The last time I used it was before Christmas and I didn’t have any problems. Last night I tried to use it and it would not connect to my phone. Yes, it’s the same phone. I have gone through clearing my phone’s cache, restarting, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Nothing has worked!! Now I have a useless otoscope camera with which I have no way to view anything!
-- Sis65ap, 2026-02-05

### *---- "Won't connect"
I am unable to get the app to connect making the device useless.
-- kylestenson, 2025-07-04

### *---- "Not happy"
I can’t ever get my phone to recognize the cords that are plugged into it and it doesn’t seem like there’s any updates ever.
-- 7Familyfun, 2025-02-12

### *---- "No working for iOS 18 at all."
Couldn’t connect to camera under ios 18 at all
