Shipments get posted and you can not effectively communicate with the customer to even see if the load is still needing to be hauled.  Fees are outrageous.

We really love the services from the shippers, but the app and website are always down and constantly glitching. Unfortunately, this means we might have to find other shipping sources since it crashes while we're getting a quote. we have tried to reach out to uShip through email, phone call and social media, but we have received no response.

The app will not let me open a shipment. It just crashes.   The website works but is very slow.  Uship is ok for shipments but it’s hit or miss if you get a good driver. If you’re ok with a complete disaster from an organizational and communication stand point then use it.

Had a couple of trips. 
1. Uship deducts 20% in fees from you and also charges similar fees to customers.
2. App is always crashing and takes forever to load trips. 
3. It takes up to 4 biz days to get paid.
4.If a customer is a no show and does not input the pickup and drop information after its booked there are no penalties so your stuck driving hundreds of miles wasting fuel and not getting paid. 
5.Standard or should I say limited customer support hours.

After dedicating immense effort to build my business platform on uShip, receiving 70 five-star reviews and achieving Power Carrier status, I was abruptly suspended from the site due to my “criminal history”. The reality is that I spent seven years in federal prison for a nonviolent marijuana offense, which has no relevance to the exemplary service I provided for my shipments.

Additionally, I called in daily to report a con artist defrauding users on the platform by posing as a shipping provider. My suspicion is that uShip grew tired of my persistent reports and decided to suspend me instead, demonstrating that they value convenience over integrity. This action proves that, to uShip, I am merely a number, and that dedication and hard work do not pay off on their platform.

I like how the app is designed to work. But the biggest issue is when you submit a question to someone needing Shipping 95% of the time you get zero responses. I think it should be mandatory to have them respond to questions within a timely manner. I’ve lost out on several loads because of this. Fix that and I’ll give more stars

We are a Ducati Dealer in Ohio.  UShip brokerage the shipment of a rare brand new Ducati across the country.  It showed up nearly totaled.  UShip requested information and pictures which we provided.  Uship only played mediator between us and the shipment company while I had to waste valuable resources getting this thing ironed out. By time it was all done. You ship kept the protection plan money along with the shipment money.  I like to call that stealing .  I would pick a different brokerage

this app is a joke. Shippers on here asking for things to be shipped at ridiculously low prices. Not  even covering the gas to these places sometimes. When you post the correct price you either get extremely underbid by someone whose already going that direction with someone else’s load so they can afford to take packages for free. If you’re just a regular transport and setting a price most likely you will not get picked for the load. Makes no sense to even bid on anything here. This app is for people who have extra space on their trucks already going the direction of the loads so they pick up as extra money. This app is not good at all.  Not fair to new drivers or companies whatsoever. This is a robbery service. UShip takes a fee. The shipper sets an incredibly LOW price not considering the fee or the gas or the expenses to travel with their load. A lot of them don’t load you or unload you. So that’s more work. And you basically drove for nothing. Really discouraging thinking you may have a chance to grow your business on here.
