I use the app everyday for weeks and I notice that the app always gave me false hope especially during peak hour. 

For  example, The app may show that minibus no. 11 will arrive in 2 minutes, but after 5 minutes, the minibus hasn’t arrive, and the app show that the bus will arrive in 1 minute. I wait for 5 more minutes before the no. 11 bus truly arrive.
