### *---- "Failed customer service failed application"
Can’t connect to server two days, I’m fine with it, being patiently to call customer service for the first time, the lady there ask me to call another customer service for help. Fine, I did it, then the other one ask me to change my password, at the moment I was like thanks god finally I have done… but unfortunately it’s not, I called again to the second customer service, then she said will transfer me to the other customer service line, guess what? The line hold up for few minutes without any inform? Means I still need to wait or I need to go your office? Give a solution, the app already not friendly to use it still want to lose customers?

### *---- "Worst trading apps"

-- Coolkillersssss, 2026-01-26

### **--- "Disappointing"
I’ve been using this app since July (about 5 months now), and honestly, it hasn’t been a good experience. From the start, the app asked for a trading PIN, but it turned out to be a password — super confusing. Then, when I placed a buy order at RM0.50, it executed at RM0.480 instead. It caused me a loss for my trading plan.
The app also doesn’t have a stop-limit button, which is very basic for trading. Overall, the interface feels outdated and not user-friendly at all — especially when compared to the Orange app, which is much smoother, clearer, and easier to navigate. I’ve decided to move to another broker after this.
