## UTRADE SG Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "the best app of 1924"
Pros:
Fast and prompt in seeking payment for brokerage and custody fees. It was reflected almost immediately the next day.

I don’t need to call the broker to put up a trade.

Cons:
For stock split, you have to DIY yourself on the desktop interface.

For stock moving to another stock exchange, you have to DIY yourself on the interface.

Almost everything had to be updated manually. Once the trade is done, don’t expect the app to update anything else for you.
-- TerraHero1996, 2024-11-26

### *---- "Cannot register Utrade Secure!"
Cannot register Utrade Secure!
-- Hyzyuan, 2024-10-04

### ***** "App Update this Summer"
Great new look and feel!
-- Hank Tua, 2024-07-17

### *---- "Antiquated technology"
Antiquated technology. Incompetent customer support.
-- kim_killer, 2024-02-09

### *---- "0 stars"
Clunky, jarring UX across devices
-- looiie, 2023-12-09

### *---- "Version 2.18"
This v.2.18 is really amateurish and slow to response. It’s a far cry from POEM or IFAST systems. In fact the older version or the original UTrade is far better and faster to response. 👎
-- G4Radio, 2023-11-30

### *---- "Please change your UI/UX team"
Despite having a long presence in Singapore trading scene. The mobile app is one of the worst user experience compare to other foreign trading apps.

Why can’t UOB improvise their trading app? The current design and app looks like in the early 2000s.
-- Welcomeback85, 2023-11-05

### ***** "Improved performance"
Improved a lot. Thank you
-- SugarFox, 2023-08-22

### *---- "So bad I thought it was a scam"
its really terrible, 0 care. Its like windows 95 freeware. Not acceptable coming from big bank in 2023.
-- Palelorenzo, 2023-06-20

### *---- "Bad upgrade, with Apps lack of testing"
Bad upgrade, with Apps lack of testing… login being prompt to update to new version… after update keep prompting incorrect password!!!
