Extremely Poor Customer Support – No Response After Payment

Very disappointing experience with this application. After making the payment, there has been no proper follow-up and no response to any of my messages. Despite repeated attempts to contact the team, nobody has bothered to reply or provide any update.

Once the payment was made, the support and communication completely stopped. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating for a paying customer.

I expected at least a basic response and proper assistance after making the payment. Would not recommend to anyone.. waste of my money and they are fooling everybody. 

Even not able to join watsapp group every time attempting to join it is giving error could not load and for this also nobody is there to guide.
