Easy to use and to top up, I pay just about everything on this card and even though it might only be pennies coming back they all add up and no other company offers you this service so it’s definitely a win win 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve had lots of problems with the App I called UW was advised to uninstall and reload app which I did twice still didn’t work. Googled UW clicked on My Account and got straight in. Then that stopped working. I was away snd couldn’t phone UW very remote area of France no signal. Wouldn’t accept email or account number or password . I called again today and have managed to get on and transfer money to my Cashback card but feel I have lost a lot of Cashback in the process

Just trying to find what my present unit rate cost is impossible and they give no guidance when they actually want a meter reading. Employ some management from Amazon and start making things easy for customers

To top up card is easy but secure.easy to top up

Overcharged by some £60.00/ month last year, never able to get a satisfactory response, new charges around £40/ month less than that in spite of drop in prices. Comparison sites tell me I am paying £45/ month less than I actually am with U/W. Phoning is not an option.

Love this! So easy to keep track of my shopping costs.

The app is very good

UW staff are nice but they seem not to know the nitty gritties of their company because each staff keep giving different unsure answers to same questions thereby confusing their customer.

I love my UW cash back card as I can further reduce my monthly utility bill by using it for everyday purchases and getting the cashback from them. What’s not to like?
