To summarise when u dont that use your account for a while they freeze it and start charging 2 jd monthly..why is that ? Its to scam you out of money while you dont use the app and when you try to delete your account the process is very complicated..I don’t recommend for anyone to use its really bad ..and there are a lot of better alternatives

After the last update, my plastic MasterCard was subjected to a change in the three-factor security code without my knowledge, and the financial ceiling policy was changed so that I cannot set the financial ceiling to zero, and the financial ceiling option for the contactless option on my plastic MasterCard was disabled. I do not recommend dealing with Umniah or its wallet.

Dear sir After updating the App I noticed that the freezing card function is not working at all so now my card in freezing mode and I can’t unfreeze it again to use.
