## UZED Reviews in India

### *---- "Is anyone working in Uzed????"
App isn’t working for the last DONT know how many days and none seem to be bothered and no one answers the customer service number too
-- VenkyTom, 2023-01-16

### *---- "Pathetic service and customer support"
Thought of giving things for almost free of cost as they are getting recycled and good for environment. But the service of this startup is really bad and frustrating. They keep on delaying your pickups and they don’t even bother to inform you. You keep on tracking them n sometimes no answer just we are looking into it. Work on your services and support because your app is all about customer service and support. Great initiative but need great minds to run this.. really disappointed with the behaviour. Hope others don’t face it.
