Best Banking App, Very smooth UI

Dissatisfaction

This is literally the most annoying bank app ever. There has never been a period where it doesn’t freeze whenever I open the app It’s quite ridiculous to be honest

Good app.

Sometimes, the app has it’s downtimes. But most times, if not all, the app is completely seamless, transactions are fast! Only thing is, the customer service is quite slow and they need to do better with figuring out that the app has a downtime and letting customers know ahead of time (which they do well most times). Apart from that, they’re great!

UI Interface improved

I love the recent improved interface. Vbank haven't disappointed me . It's a bank at rescue .

APP NOT WORKING

Each time I want to log in it keeps telling me invalid password and username I reset the password and when I want to use it again the same thing occurs Please check your app

Mistake In name

Made a complaint about my name but no response till date. Great app and great service

SUPERB APP

This is one of the Best Banks in Nigeria. I’ve been using the App since 2018 and there is no regret. ❤️❤️❤️
