I have another 10+ xiaomi cameras which is double to triple cost of V380. But LESS THAN HALF of my V380 is functioning!!!!

We are on vacation right now and the app says the camera is offline, meaning we can't check the video stream nor the recordings. But we get alert notifications about every 10 minutes. So what's the use?

When the camera was working it has a delay of several seconds, so if you were checking immediately after an alert you wouldn't even see what triggered it until some time later.

The UI of the app looks cheap, which could be forgiven but the English is awful. please hire someone who speaks English instead of using Google translate.

Also: Ads. why do i get ads in an app for a product i already paid for?
