- Payment: after confirming the subscription, your Apple ID account will be debited;
- Cancel renewal:If you cancel the renewal, please manually turn off the automatic renewal function in the iTunes/AppleID settings management 24 hours before the current subscription period expires. Okay naman siya kahit papano.
Username only 10 characters
I dont get it. The username is supposed to be the registered email but when I have to relog in, it says username maximum of 10 characters only. how am i supposed to go through

This apps safe and secured but little expensive for recording monthly!!!
this is a scam
what a bs app. my cloud storage is still available for one month but it got removed on the 3rd day. and no reason why. when i try to renew my plan, they said i can't choose a different option cause my plan is not yet expired. however, when i open the playback it says that i am not subscribed to cloud storage so this is so bs! then i was talking the cs rep asking for a screenshot of the problem i was having. i did it and when i got back to the chat there was no one there already. what a bullcrap!!!

Popup ads everytime i open this app annoys me making it so hard to navigate for people who are not techie.
Accessibility
Whenever I want to do a quick view the initial screen will show an advertisement and will not let you go to the camera screen. Please improve your service. Please provide users to cancel option the advertisement screen.
