Their cameras are probably the worst product I have ever bought. Not the camera itself but the way it works. Not to say the app is even worse. IT DOESNT CONTINUOUSLY RECORD. It only records events and motions the camera detects. And as you guessed, the camera detects NOTHING so what you see on playback, is literally NOTHING. The camera detects real motions 1 out if 10 times, and the motion is usually a sound, or a leaf falling, or in the beat case some trees being blown by the wind. You can open the camera feed like 3 or 4 out of 10 times. You have ti close the app and reopen it because it turns out errors even though the cameras are connected and functioning. Ughh there are just to many issues to talk about. Reall 0/5 stars, I have nothing to appreciate on these products. I do not recommend this cameras. I bought 4, one broke after 2-3 weeks and you have no warranty on it. Spend your money careful, buy something more pricy like EZVIZ or other NON CHINESE brands. Why in the world would you put ads on a security system app? Also make your app freaking work. My cameras are connecting and functioning but I get like 8/10 times “Connection Failed” error. I have to refresh several times and reopen my app. I had the possibility to buy cameras from Ezviz and this one, and UNFORTUNATELY I choose this one. Big big big mistake.
