I have trying to download the camera v380 it cannot contact with my wifi it is to far and reason is good to not be able to connect the v380 very disappointed in your product I will not refer this product to anybody it is good for the dump thank you do not buy this product

Impossible de se connecter sans fil la caméra doit être branchée au fil réseau. Cochonnerie.

Totally sucks

It didn’t save the important snapshot when someone came on my property. I think I’ll get a new camera system that’s reliable

Fonctionne bien mais difficile à installer

La caméra réponds à nos attentes mais nous avons eus énormément de difficultés avec la connections sur l’application. Il y avait plusieurs beug lors des tentatives de connections avec le wifi et n’avons toujours pas été capable de se connecter sans un fil internet directement branché sur notre base internet. Par ailleurs la fonctionnalité du son ne fonctionne pas et le Micro friche énormément.

Pas capable de connecter

Cela fait plusieurs jours que j’essaie de connecter la caméra à mon wifi. Toujours sans succès. J’ai essayer toutes les possibilités en inscrivant le wifi, avec le code QR, sans compte, manuellement et TOUJOURS RIEN! Je déconseille vraiment!

Total Garbage fast at billing but doesn’t work

Takes ages to try and configure Will not bind with camera (tried for 2 hours eventually gave up) But there is a $49 + Tax a year fee for iCloud storage which they are LIGHTENING FAST at billing. Try to get them to stop billing - yeah good luck with that - still chasing refunds for the camera and monthly billing. My opinion DO NOT BUY DO NOT USE.
