Much better, travel pay improve the app

This app is a much better application than my healthy vet… If you could get travel pay this streamlined, or include it within this app, that also would be an opportunity to bring this up to a five star

Needs updating and improved functionality

App needs to be updated and add functionality to where you can check into your appointments that show in the app as well as file your travel pay.

Health ID

Your health system does not communicate what results are when testing is completed , may something was said the patient , but if the patient has memory issues they do not remember. And when asking prior to leaving the answer is a follow appt is needed Also there is no information to look in The my health record. Or if it is there , it is difficult to find. The system you is not user friendly and not very transparent I am very frustrated right now

Necessary Recognition

I have had numerous trials in VA care but to their credit is the willingness to meet exalted standards. The attitude of care and empathy separate personal care from mere ritual which can be found in any organization. This review isn’t by request but voluntary commission in endeavors that those who suit do show up daily despite the harsh criticisms of those lacking consideration for the weary. Dr. Elizabeth Karwowski is an AMAZING person and Dr. she responds in a timely manner! She is genuinely concerned about my heath and concerns and she LISTENS to ME!
