## Vacation Sidekick Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bad app and experience"
Stops when you need it. Someone at Wyndham messes up with the account without your authorization. Cannot reset password without intervention. Very unreliable…
-- leventini, 2025-04-26

### ***** "Good for saving"
Great app to save where you can.
-- Devunique, 2025-01-04

### ***** "Wyndham Owner"
This app is literally the best app I’ve had so far when it comes to discount. I’ve never been so happy anywhere. I am to pull out a nap and know that I’ll get at least 15 to 20% off. Great job Wyndham and traveling leisure.
-- Legendjerri, 2025-01-04

### ***** "Awesome!"
Saves me money most places I go. A little off everything adds up.
-- Stephen K Phillips, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Doesn’t do anything once I’m logged in"
The app doesn’t appear to move past the log in screen, even after a password reset, reinstall, etc.

Bummed, since I’ve been a Wyndham member & have used various versions of the app for years.
-- DSchaffer, 2024-06-05

### *---- "Terrible app"
Prior to the update this app was user friendly for food and shopping. Now this is another travel hotel app. Terrible update, please revert back prior to the update.
-- kksouza, 2023-08-23

### *---- "Scam / Theft"
Bought into this app weeks ago and am still waiting for my account to be activated. I’ve called three or four different times now and was told it sometimes can take up to a couple of weeks to activate my account. WRONG ANSWER! If I’m paying for a service, I expect it to go active almost immediately. It certainly didn’t take Vacation Sidekick a couple of weeks to take my money. Why should I wait a couple of weeks to use the service? I am demanding a refund.
-- Scottyb0107, 2022-10-13

### *---- "Crap App"
Tried to use coupons at two locations in Atlantic City and neither place knew how to apply the coupons. Tried to report a problem but the app wouldn’t report the problem. All in all a completely frustrating waste of time. I have never been able to use this app for any discounts. Anyone saying so is a lying and is probably paid by Wyndham.
-- Bruce Servary, 2022-06-18

### *---- "Fat Boomers (Redundancy) will love this"
No one else will. Buy an overpriced sandwich and get a free bag of chips. Buy an overpriced pizza and get a free soda. All at restaurants no one other than a boomer would choose to eat at. Oh, and you have to pay a subscription fee to get your free bag of chips and soda!!
-- Max82x, 2022-06-01

### ***-- "The UI is ridiculous"
The app is good and the coupons (at least for Culver’s) works but the problem I have is the sensitivity of the coupons: if you encounter a problem and have to reload the page, or back out of the page, the coupon is gone until the next week, even if you didn’t use it. I have called customer service and they say there is nothing they can do which I think is ridiculous, I would rate it higher if not for this glaring problem.
