Vactidy T8. Using hardwood floors only. After knowing/learning what it might hang up on (cords, large hole floor vents, any furniture, dressers, etc., that it can go under then get wedged if the fit gets lower underneath) then correcting those areas, it will run about 70 minutes (900sqft) on low suction setting. Does a pretty good job of learning the floor plan after 5-10 runs. Does not have a “no go” zone feature (areas that can be mapped as do not enter). This will be on our next vacuum purchase. Bang for the buck, recommended!
Connecting to WiFi
Lost remote so I tried to hookup to App. States I need 2.4G not 5G to use app to control vacuum. I have AT&T which uses 5G and their combo modem/router doesn’t let me switch back to 2.4 G.
Connected to WiFi and Started Out the Box
I just got this delivered earlier today, and it took me all of 5 minutes to set up the WiFi. I charged it for a few minutes and started a cleaning cycle. Not sure why the other reviews are saying the app is fault. It’s basic, yes, but it works perfectly fine. Definitely user error as someone else said.
Forget the wifi part
Wifi never works
Won’t send verification code
It will not send verification code to email to create account. It times out without ever emailing the code. Have tried multiple email addresses.
It’s a $100 Vac
This is a very basic vac so don’t compare to a Roomba or Shark. I connected to WiFi on the first try so, user error for those who can’t connect. Basic app is useless when you have a remote.
