VADrum2 Reviews

My favorite drum machine app

Excellent app. You could make professional quality stuff just with this and the dev’s mono and poly synth apps. The sequencer is excellent both for live recording or very detailed programming with a piano roll. The factory sounds are solid and don’t even require much tweaking , but tons of sound design options available for those who want to go deep. If you like Elektron style gear I am sure you will get on well with this app. Great work!

Great dev great drum app

Love the sounds, features, and the graphic design. Hard working dev that delivers the goods adds features and squashes any bugs that arise. Can’t wait to see what’s next ;)

One of my top drum machines

It’s really versatile. Love that both the drum kit and the drum pattern can be adjusted on their own. Favorite patterns are the trap one and two house ones and the half time one. Lots of great drum sounds

UI is terrible for drum synth

I’m not a synth drums (nor sampled) kind of guy but this is really poor. I got it to thump a couple of times and nothing but silence. Nothing actually plays except the keyboard. Nothing like the video on their website. Glad it was on sale. Unlike their synth apps, that I love, I can’t stand their drum app’s UI. Deleted app. I just won’t use it. Playing with VA Mono/Poly though.❤️‍🔥

Great Plugin

One of the most useable and well designed Auv3 plugins I’ve found. Please add loops shorter than 4 bars!!! Pattern sequencer is great and shorter loops like 1 bar / 1/2 note / 1/4 note would make it amazing
