Vaflow Ledger is a calm offline work log for independent professionals who value order and full control over their records. Keep projects, clients, milestones and payments in one tidy place, so key details do not get lost across emails, chats and spreadsheets. Use it for a single ongoing contract or for many parallel gigs, with a neutral, ledger-style flow that stays out of your way.

 • Projects: cards with priority, status (Active, Paused, Completed), deadlines, attachments and notes.
 • Clients: a local contact directory with a clear collaboration history per project.
 • Tasks and milestones: record steps, outcomes and completion dates to build a reliable timeline.
 • Tags and notes: label work types, store decisions and handover points, and keep context for the next session.
 • Payments: mark invoices, deposits and arrivals, and keep a transparent payment history by project.
 • Search and filters: find a client, tag or project stage in seconds and return to the latest entry.
