Really wish I knew more about getting more clients but totally worth it I just gotta dive in! -- Michaelcookiemoore, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "Not Working great!" Update inventory management, which used to be so intuitive has taken a complete 360 into maddening frustration. You cannot navigate away from your inventory, AT ALL without having to start from scratch, just to bring up the interface again. So many finger clicks and steps that is such a time sick when you are trying to be diligent about recording while staying prompt for the work day's schedule. Not to mention the categories for products have lost all the nuanced catagoried for coloring hair, hardware and religious catagories, but permanent hair color is no longer found. Terrible job with all the latest updates. This 4th year of Vagaro Pro went downhill fast. Old review: I have been using vagaro for almost 3 years now. There are a lot of resources available to me, I haven't used them all yet but I can't imagine running my business with out it! It's like having an assistant, who confirms all my appointments. The calender and notes for customer chemical services and formulas are bonuses for me. I work out of multiple locations, so I've signed up for another employee, where I book the different location appointments. I would love one day, on the mobile app to see the whole week view with both "employees" on the same screen, but since it is not an option, I just switch back and forth from "employee to employee" (on my case location to location). However, I can view both on the laptop, but there is no work around for the app doing it this way. *Update 9/2021 The latest version update took away the mobile apps ability to use special characters in entering items to the inventory tracking. Any colorist will run into a problem. For example a tube of color entered in inventory as 8/0 in one brand, can be 8-0 in another line, and so on with other special characters. If your using both lines, the mobile app now only enters them as 80. 2 80s in the system so you don't know which you are tracking on the fly. Also, as a busy salon owner, if I do not remember to edit that when I get to my computer hours later, it fumbles my inventory. I hope this glitch gets fixed soon. -- Lisa Jude, 2025-01-02 ### **--- "Very glitchy" Scheduling doesn’t stop for providers just because it’s a holiday. I can’t make changes to my schedule because it’s New Year’s Day and the system isn’t working and their support is closed for the holiday. So prior to writing this review, I’ve already moved all my data over to MassageBook and was able to schedule the client that I couldn’t on Vagaro. -- AlexTheMT, 2025-01-02 ### ***** "Business Made Easy" Vagaro has made scheduling and business management so easy for me AND my clients! From text reminders to clients to payments, I love Vagaro! -- Buffy From KY, 2025-01-01 ### ***** "Easy to use" Everything you need in one place to run your business -- $BA, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Vagaro" Easy to use, fast, straight forward app that rarely glitches. I love it! -- gailiegurl, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "David" I being using Vagaro for 10 years and I love the app, it help me on my bookings and note of clients I’ll recommend it 100% -- David hairstyles, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Stylist best friend!" This seemed so difficult to use at first because I’m old school used a book for years. But once I got it, it was way to easy it does everything you can think of! If you need help they are happy to help every time I called I will not use another app and it is reasonable too love this app!! -- Beach babe 1428, 2024-12-31 ### ***** "Love this." Very useful in our spa. Love all the details that make our small business run smoothly!!! I do happy that they are growing to meet the needs of massage therapist. Soap notes, now upload written ones. Awesome 💕 -- ER Massage, 2024-12-31 ### ***-- "Crashes" I love the over all booking features and the look of the app. But the app crashes or doesn’t let you book/ block off time without it saying something went wrong. Very annoying having to wait hours sometimes for it to be able to work. Even when the app is up to date. It still crashes. -- Dmariehair, 2024-12-30 [View all Vagaro Pro reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Vagaro Pro Discovered Keywords - vargo pro - vagaro pro - vagaro app - vargo - spa management app - hair salon appointment booking - free booking app - appointment booking - book appointments - stylists booking app ## Apps Similar to Vagaro Pro - [Groupon Merchant](https://apptail.io/app/groupon-merchant-cS/united-states) - [Weebly by Square](https://apptail.io/app/weebly-by-square-Dgc/united-states) - [Mindbody Business](https://apptail.io/app/mindbody-business-zid/united-states) - [Booksy Biz: Booking & Payments](https://apptail.io/app/booksy-biz-booking-payments-hee/united-states) - [SalonCentric](https://apptail.io/app/saloncentric-cFh/united-states) - [Acuity: Appointment Scheduler](https://apptail.io/app/acuity-appointment-scheduler-RzH/united-states) - [Square Appointments: Scheduler](https://apptail.io/app/square-appointments-scheduler-jhK/united-states) - [Goldie: Appointment Scheduler](https://apptail.io/app/goldie-appointment-scheduler-khK/united-states) - [Fresha for business](https://apptail.io/app/fresha-for-business-huK/united-states) - [GlossGenius: Booking, Payments](https://apptail.io/app/glossgenius-booking-payments-puK/united-states) ## Vagaro Pro Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/vagaro-pro-SzH/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/vagaro-pro-SzH/canada) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/vagaro-pro-SzH/united-kingdom) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/vagaro-pro-SzH/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
