Unreliable
Very disappointed of this app on Iphone. I cant scan codes , I have to add them manually. Quite often the app crash, after i put some details in just it restarts itself and all my progress is gone.

Worst app ever
This app is absolutely useless every single time you try to register a boiler it either doesn’t work or doesn’t let you add any products to get the warranty multiple times I have tried to register boilers on multiple phones the app just either crashes or does not let you register it , you end up wasting 2 hours of your day trying to register a boiler it’s an absolute joke PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND SORT IT OUT
Awful
Don’t waste your time downloading this as it’s the most broken useless app in existence! If you’re lucky enough to actually get past the broken login without being told to change the password 50 times you’ll have the pleasure of filling out all the info only to find it crash or not accept the data. Come on vailant this is a joke! SORT IT OUT

Awful app, everytime is updated can’t log in, only want to use for fault codes but can no longer access, terrible
Where’s fault codes gone????
This app seems to be more informative, but has no fault code checker! Please sort this out as I used this for quick code finding.
Crashed first use
Downloaded, iOS software up to date, crashed on first ever use, unable to register boilers! Should have waited
Pointless
Signed up to it AGAIN after having binned it ages ago because I’ve just read a vaillant update which talks about the app having basic fault finding. If it’s there I certainly can’t find it. Then I realised the register your work sections requires you to register it through them and I mainly use gas safe so how do I collect points etc? I like vaillant but it’s these little touches which usually mean I don’t install them.
Frustrating
Yet more problems this is so frustrating Pointless unless it works Usually end up having to call advance to complete
Total Crap!!!
Fault finding doesn't work- nothing to select there... Vaillant's App is going backwards like their boilers- keeps braking regularly!
Constantly having problems
Sick of filling loads of information out then it locks up or throws you out, or tells you to check your information!!!! Errrr....😡😡
