By going to the "Your News" tab the user can bypass the noise of all that is published and home in on the content they want

Saved Articles:
Save feature that allows users to save articles or other content they are interested in for later reading or reference.Push notifications will remind users to read their saved articles or suggest related content

The user can select what topics they want to be notified about which makes for a much less intrusive experience.

Top Navigation Bar:
A top navigation bar lets the user switch between sections by swiping or tapping.

Enews in-app:
Desire the newspaper experience? No need to open a separate app! By simply going to Settings and selecting E-News the user can browse the Digital Replica of the day's paper.

Offline Reading:
This feature allows users to enable offline reading from Settings. Offline "Reading Preferences" can also be customized for Settings.

Swipe Left:
Instead of going back to the main section to find more articles, users have the option to simply swipe, immediately opening other articles in the Section.

Follow Topics:

## Vallejo Times Herald News Reviews in United States

### *---- "Pop ups while in app reading stories"
While reading stories many times a pop-up ad comes up and asked me if I want a credit card try to get rid of the credit card field but hole story goes away when touch delete box!
Not enough local stories and content. Total design of app it was very poor.
-- lunch4u, 2021-08-20

### *---- "Do not force me to watch ads"
This app has started auto-playing advertisements, not just showing banners. I’ll find my news elsewhere.
-- yafsn, 2019-06-21

### **--- "Local sports"
Where's local sports? Why scan headlines of no interest?
-- 71412545, 2017-05-25

### *---- "Vallejo times herald"
This app is horrible. Not informative nor is there anything about local news
-- Laladdddddhhdglv, 2017-02-02

### *---- "Why the change?"
This new format is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AWFUL! It is not user-friendly at all. I cannot find any relevant local information. Same goes for the sister paper, Vacaville Reporter!
-- Scott Family itunes, 2017-01-03

### *---- "Local News?!"
What happened to local news? I can live with the ads, but can't find a local news section.
-- pkonoske, 2017-01-02

### **--- "Needs adjustments"
This app is only useful/works sometimes. After it allows me
To view a few articles, it then pops up another screen asking me to login. I have searched all over for a place to signup - have yet to find it. Probably time to look for another news app after having this one for a few years. I just hate only being able to view the articles once a week and only part of them.
-- Laceyness, 2016-05-03

### *---- "Old News"
News is never up to date, can't read it anyways because when u click an article a subscription pops up and if you close it the article will close also
-- ESV707Taliban, 2015-01-16

### *---- "why change the free app"
free day old news , is now click on three or four times to get past the paid subscription area , sorry times you don't get a five star rating , and neither does the frequency of your non-deliveries for paid subscriptions to businesses on Adm. Callahan Lane .
-- N_eo1, 2015-01-11

### ****- "Review"
Good information always given out.
-- JM+87, 2014-06-14
