## Valley Fitness Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t sign in"
It logged me out and unable to sign back in. It also won’t send an email to reset the pass.
-- HSG91, 2026-05-05

### *---- "How many times do I have to update this up?"
It feels like every 2 weeks I arrive to the gym and open the app it won’t let me scan myself in without updating the App. Kind of ridiculous how often updates are required.
-- Lramos09, 2026-01-13

### *---- "Not working"
After updating I can’t load my app I can’t get my barcode up
-- Ricardooooii, 2025-12-12

### *---- "Valley Fitness"
Would not recommend this place. I called to tell them I needed to quit my membership and they failed to inform me that I had to do so in person. So I ended up having to pay almost $300 after I thought I had quit. From what I understand this is how a lot of gyms operate. Not good business practice as now I will never ever go back there. Otherwise who knows? I might have.
-- roelbu, 2025-11-26

### ***** "Log in finally works!"
The log in finally works, it seems they fixed maybe the log in servers, but I’m not sure everyone has this change, thank you for fixing it!
-- Pudimz, 2025-09-04

### *---- "Not letting me sign in!!!"
It’s frustrating it’s never letting me sign back in no matter what I do! Reset password, uninstall app and reinstall please fix this
-- bri_briee, 2025-08-16

### *---- "Not signing me in"
I have used this app before and it was working perfectly. However, I left this gym for a CrossFit gym until it closed. Now I am back because this gym is good, but I am having trouble signing in with the app. I know my Gmail is correct and I reset my password, but not working. Also, the reset password/resend invite button does not work at all. Not sure if my Gmail is not active with the app but not sure.
-- Blah@559, 2025-01-22

### *---- "Can’t log in"
Just as all the other reviews say, it’s impossible to log into the app. Every time I log in it sends me back to the log in page. I know my information is correct because I can log into the web browser. Yet, this isn’t helpful because I can’t download the QR code I need to check in. Clearly this has been an issue for a while now and it seems no one is trying to fix. There’s no point in continuing this service if so many members can’t even use it. Especially if this issue still hasn’t been fixed after months of complaints. All this app needs are some bug fixes, so I need y’all get to work on that ASAP!
-- lumine33, 2023-04-04

### *---- "Broken"
I can’t log in, app automatically crashes when I submit my info.
-- GoSnow1, 2023-02-02

### *---- "App not working"
This app asks me to log in and when i do it sends me back to the log in page. Ive changed my password still same issue ive even deleted the app and redownloaded and still nothing. Please help
