Hello, i have a technical error in the ValU app whenever i try to make a digital transfer on Sha2labaz and choose Telda or ValU prepaid card, I get to the last step which is the SMS OTP confirmation and then when i enter the OTP and error appears which is “Something went wrong” i tried more than once and reinstalled the app and made sure its updated to the last version and also tried the airplane mode method and cleared the app cache memory but still it didn’t work for both the invoice now or invoice later methods. Thank you.

customer service is almost non-existent and there is no way to get ahold of anyone most of the time, nothing on the "help" section on the app is helpful, just a bunch of unrelated automatic responses, call service can stretch to 50 mins waiting with no response and then they hang up the phone and ask you to send an email, the email tells you to head to the help section on the app, the help section on the app tells you to call, and the cycle goes on.

The new way for giving OTP for purchased goods on valu is a very disappointing way because that way to failing the service for the long period taken to have it ,plz return to old way to send OTP by SMS it is better way and safe.

The application is helpless and useless when you can’t reach customer service for help. Each time you would try to call you’d stay on hold for at least 30 mins until you give up and hang up. Absolutely useless chat services also and you can’t chat with humans who could actually help. In addition to the days they take to respond to emails. I can’t feel secure using your application or services when I know I can’t reach you for help when I face a problem, especially when your service is all about money.

Hmmm where do I start ???!!!!

Well for starters there are multiple red flags that avg. consumers would face when using this app . :-

a) The 1st red flag is the extreme lack of transparency whether it’s guidelines or even legal regulations ; even signing up for the card the small pamphlet at which you sign up doesn’t whatsoever state what kind of financial relationship this is no rule regulation no nothing you are just signing to them using whatever means necessary to do background check . I had to stand and place the paper in my face to read anything .

b) The 2nd red flag is the app the is actually so bad it feels like you are dealing with a broken 2010s website ; the app has 4 section in the taskbar below and none of them are useful whatsoever it sucks miserably you also cannot gain information from it whatsoever other than signing to them .

C) The 3rd red flag is the inability to automatically pay off the installment; which is a way to keep you paying the loans indefinitely.

Last but not least, this is not a bank but related to a bank .Unfortunately , this app is that bank’s means to reach ex-middle class or current middle class niche but lax almost nonexistent regulations.
