I requested to cancel the order so that I can place correct order which was also refused. I feel that this is not a way to treat the customer. No proper complaint handling mechanism is in place at VAMA. I am asked to add Prasad in next puja. Do you expect me to use services from VAMA for any next puja, after such a bad experience.
