Customer care also did not help. Was trying to return but they cancelled the return also. So basically my money is wasted. Van Heusen took my money also and did not give me the product also! Better to donate money to those in need than give it to Van Heusen. -- pearl-sand, 2024-11-29 ### ****- "A**ho*le company" Don’t busy form this app they send wrong article then says we don’t have return policy. For any other help please contact us on chat option -- amit pal, 2024-10-29 ### **--- "Delivery partner is really worst" I have ordered many items through this app but never got the product within promised date -- Vivin Thomas, 2024-06-10 ### ****- "Suggestion" Some sort of facility can be made available online so that products can be altered online or a customised tailor made products can be made by way of video call facility. This way return of the products get minimised -- sarjeetbhadana, 2024-06-01 ### *---- "Riddled with issues." Riddled with issues, first issue is when making payment which is after entering upi id or card details it shows a text stating all products out of stock, had to try 8 times with different product to place an order. Then once ordered every item is shipped separately from different locations in India, I ordered 5 items and all have different courier partners and different arrival date, that’s annoying. Suggestion is to work on app to eliminate bugs plus get a central point through which orders made through single cart check out are dispatched together. Next time I will stick to VH physical store. -- PathakJ, 2023-12-18 ### *---- "Froudusters business platform" They show premium clothes on their app and when you purchase any item from the app they ship to you an old used and unbranded product. This happened to me. I purchased a shirt from the app for Rs 2107 . Because I bought the product on company’s own app , I was so faithful that I didn’t record the video of opening the package. Inside the package surprise was awaiting for me. An old, used and unbranded product was delivered to me. On asking they denied for return. THE GREAT FROUDUSTER OF OUR COUNTRY. GREAT BUSINESS. -- S.K. Jha, 2023-11-14 ### **--- "This app is an example why D2C apps from manufacturers fail" I downloaded this app as I needed a specific sub brand of VH shirt Compare this to a Myntra or Amazon and you will realise how silly this app is and how poorly it is tested before release - 1. I tried to initiate return for poor fit - it asks me to add photos. Why ? Am I returning it for a damaged product ? 2. I try to add comment but it says invalid comment. Since I have tech background I could figure it is the issue of special characters not acceptable in code … so removed apostrophe and commas, then I could submit 3. I returned one product in the order, the other one automatically initiated return. Wow ! 4. Deliveries - so much to learn from the e-commerce companies -- Abhinav20220510, 2023-08-18 ### *---- "Worst application for shopping" The application doesn’t work as it never generates an OTP. I accidentally ordered an item from my bowser . After payment debit from my account the ordered shows failed. To get a clarity on it I downloaded the app but even that doesn’t work. I am not sure how genuine this platform is as it has soo many glitches and customer support are not even able to find the details for my order. A well renowned brand with such a bad platform is ironical. -- .,rox, 2023-07-20 ### *---- "Useless app" Order placed on 4/07 Didn’t ship till 10/07 After calling customer care they say it’s out of stock. So order is cancelled. Then they say maybe it didn’t pass the quality check. No such communication done by their end. Don’t ever order from this app. -- anebdjwjwkwkwjwb, 2023-07-10 ### *---- "Change of pickup address" Your policy says we can change the pickup location in our app but it is not working. Contact me immediately it’s been more than a week I have been trying to contact you guys. Otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court -- Nitye Khoobchandani, 2023-04-13 [View all VAN HEUSEN reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## VAN HEUSEN Discovered Keywords - man suits - lp - tops online - vanz --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
