Bring back the vanconnect app - I had been using vanconnect since it was released in like 2015. This new app and design is TERRIBLE. It is not intuitive, and you cannot find where to report what you want to report becoming more of a deterrent to active reporting than an encouragement (is that what the city wants?!) The app developers need to go back to basics and ditch this app - BRING BACK VANCONNECT - there was nothing wrong with it and you could use it easily. I still can’t believe they released this version!

Why log in? The app will require you to re-enter your name, email and tel all over again after you’ve entered your request. Make sure you have EVERYTHING ready because if you go away and return to the app, even immediately, all of your input will be lost. Very amateur and unnecessarily complex app. Maybe its design is intended to prevent citizens from reporting anything to spare overpaid City employees from having to do any work?
