## VandalTrak Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Can’t Log In"
Registered an account through the web site but login through the app fails with an error.

Still waiting on support.
-- GraemeRoberts, 2022-03-07

### *---- "Useless."
Can’t log in until you verify email. It’s been four hours since a pop up message stated to check my inbox.

(And yes, the email is correct)
-- KaiLeeManchu74, 2020-11-12

### *---- "Do not download"
From the get go this app is terrible, useless!
-- Blablablahe, 2020-06-20

### ***** "It works well"
I’ve been using Vandaltrack since 2012. The reviews that are one star were for the original app. This latest app is better developed. It’s quick to log a tag and easy to use. Works well.
-- Rob_Sydney, 2020-03-27

### ***** "VandalTrak WORKS!"
I don’t know what the other one star reviews are doing but this app works beautifully! Example: photo a tag on the private property fence near my home. Tag gone in 2 days!! Photo a tag on the top of Aldi Store in Camberwell. Gone in 2 out 3 weeks! Map works, App works. Use it properly people!
-- DavieBoy!, 2020-03-04

### *---- "Fail"
Can’t set up account, click submit and app shuts down 😔 great concept, poor execution
-- nahtansemaj, 2018-11-26

### *---- "Can’t use the app"
Aside from the fact I can’t activate my account and begin fighting crime against vandalism, great app I would have said with an easy to use interface...
-- jisoe2, 2018-08-10

### *---- "Needs to be updated regularly"
This app needs to be updated regularly to comply with app updates that are needed with smart devices. iOS 11 has now been passed through and has been updated but this app has not been updated at all to comply with it.

The app needs to be more officiant, it should have the
sq mtrs drop box, with the severity and product class as well instead of having to go into the website to add or subtract information
-- G.Removal, 2017-10-01

### *---- "Works perfectly 25% of the time"
7.5/10 times you get "Error! Couldn't add your incident, try again"
-- Dennilan, 2015-06-27

### *---- "Tried"
Very disappointing. Registered for nothing. Can upload photos but get no further. App refers me to website and website says use App! Hopeless!
