If you want a low fee, easy to use and setup app for stocks and shares, retirement money or an ISA for your child, whether you’re in the uk or not, this is the one to go for! -- Vanguard invested, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "Increasing fees!" Increasing fees from 0.15% is a slap in the face for small investors. I would have thought that Vanguard would want to KEEP customers from early in their investing journey. This price increase will turn a lot of customers away. App functionality and choice of funds is poor which used to be fine with a low fee, but can’t justify using Vanguard anymore. I tested early versions of this app before general release. THANK YOU for adding the functionality to see linked accounts and their values! This was my key feedback from testing the app. As we spread investments across my wife’s ISA/pension and mine - the app was useless to me without the ability to see the whole picture. If I could be greedy - it would be really useful to display the total value of the linked portfolio next to the total value of the primary account (this would save me having to go down, adding up the value of the ISA/pension in the linked accounts, and adding it to the total portfolio value). Finally, my other feedback is that it would be useful to be able to read documentation and secure messages on the app. We often get emails saying we’ve received these (e.g. contract documents, ex ante costs etc.). It’s a faff having to sign in to the web version to see these. I don’t expect to be able to generate documents on the app, but surely it’d be possible to view a pdf letter confirming my direct debit instructions, for example. If I had those things, I’d be happy. I invest with Vanguard in passive funds. I want to be passive - therefore, the less functionality, the better in some ways. I don’t want my investments gamified … but please display the total value of my linked accounts!! -- gowen1234, 2024-12-18 ### *---- "Broken and fees increasing - bye Vanguard" The past few weeks your app and website refuse to work on the log in screen with constant error messages. I’ve tried multiple devices and clearing cache etc, all the usual fixes, but no luck. I’m unable to make any more investments and now you’re increasing your fees for small investors, no thanks! I’m unfortunately going elsewhere! Been a loyal Vanguard customer for years and never thought this day would come.
