## VanillaPen Reviews in United States

### **--- "No Support"
I have been using this for more than 2 years on my iOS 13 Pro Max.
I upgraded my iOS to the 16 Pro Max and the app will not open the black background Image tab. I have sent word and they don’t even care to acknowledge the issues.
-- cassy70, 2025-07-02

### ***** "VanillaPen"
This app is the best because I like it and it helps me with anything I’m looking to do I’m thankful to have this app!!
-- Coleman @5, 2025-04-09

### ****- "I love the app BUT"
I’m not able to download the pictures I search in the Elements tab . I’m paying for the full experience and can’t use it please fix I love the app had it for a couple years now please update app please
-- ON1yDOTB, 2025-04-04

### **--- "Common man. Put the old stuff back."
I’d be happy to pay for it (again) since the change it was a 1 time purchase to get everything. But all the simple frames and elements I used back in the day on the old version are all gone. Not sure why you’d need an iPad or cup stock image, but I’ll keep my eye on the app till something I like comes on. The app was simple and great some 10 years ago, tillIt seems like my purchase for the pro version bugged out then I think the app just kind of did it work for a while probably while it was being worked on.
-- Oppiko, 2025-03-01

### *---- "Can't work on iPad Pro at all"
Using on iPhone 11 to try at first then decided to move to iPad to use, the screen was frozen and the screen appeared nothing. Play on phone with ths app for fun and don't even think to try on the iPad, such a waste time app!
-- yumetexas, 2024-06-22

### ***-- "Needs bug fixed!!!"
Keep freezing

And shutting down

Can only edit so many times before it kicks u off

Amazing app

Just please fix it.
-- Setmade, 2024-05-28

### **--- "Have had it for years, finally saying goodbye"
The most frustrating situations happen when the app overloads and freezes your screen, making it impossible to work on a poster. The freeze will happen, I’ll have to swipe out of the app and it either brings you to when you last saved it or if you haven’t saved, you have to do it all over again. Loved it when I needed it, I’ve moved on to something way better.
-- Alex Coe singer songwriter, 2024-03-13

### ***-- "Was great"
I love this app it used to be perfect, it’s how I edit my album covers, but now all this app does crash. It crashes every time I try to save my photo.
-- The Slipknot Life, 2024-03-03

### *---- "Pretty bad, no offense."
When I got this app, it didn’t work even a little. I think it needs a lot of work.
-- kxsidj,s, 2024-02-08

### *---- "👎"
Also not good. The lower settings cannot be compressed. They must be raised a little higher
