## Vannie Description
Your makeup, finally getting used — not just collected.

Vannie is a project pan tracker and makeup inventory for people ready to use up what they own before buying more. Pick your pan, log every use, watch each product go from full to empty, celebrate your empties, and use things up before they expire.

A Vannie Pro subscription is required to add and track products. New members can try it free for 7 days on the yearly plan.

Doing a full no-buy, a low-buy year, or just picking a few products to finish? Vannie is built around how project pan actually works.

YOUR PROJECT PAN
• Pick the products you want to finish and focus on them
• Track how full each one is — Full, ¾, Half, ¼, Almost gone
• Add progress photos and keep the whole story, from first swipe to empty
• Tap "I hit pan" and celebrate the moment it happens
• Can't decide what to reach for? Spin the Lucky Pick wheel
• Share your progress as a photo collage

LOG EVERY USE
• Log each use with a double-tap — that's the whole gesture
• Build a streak you can see and keep the momentum
• Surface your most-neglected products — your next pan targets
• Watch cost-per-use drop every time you reach for something

CELEBRATE YOUR EMPTIES
• Mark anything finished, gifted, expired, disliked, or "broke me out"
• Note whether you'd repurchase — build an honest empties history
• Filter your Finished shelf by reason, brand, or category

EARN YOUR PAN BADGES
First Empties → Project Pan Pro → Pan Queen. Real milestones for finishers, plus Beauty Scientist for the dedicated loggers — built for the moment you actually hit pan.

KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU OWN
• Add any product four ways: scan a barcode, snap a photo (AI fills brand, name + shade), search 32,000+ products, or add manually
• Own backups? Five of the same lipstick count as one product
• Already track in a spreadsheet? Import Excel or CSV directly
• Tap any brand, category, finish, or tag to drill in
• Save filters as one-tap views — Holy Grails, Daily, Cruelty-Free, your way

NEVER USE EXPIRED MAKEUP AGAIN
• Set the opened date + period after opening (PAO)
• Vannie calculates the expiry automatically and nudges you before it turns
• A real reason to use it up before it's wasted

BUY WITH INTENTION
• Wishlist with target prices and preferred stores
• Total collection value, monthly spending trends, repurchase list
• Stop buying the same nude lipstick three times

WHY VANNIE
We don't do skincare routines. We don't do influencer feeds. Vannie is a tool — built by a solo founder, shaped feature-by-feature by the project pan and beauty community itself.

Vannie Pro is an auto-renewing subscription; manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.

## Vannie Reviews in United States

### ***** "Exactly what I needed"
I don’t have a Reddit account but found this when lurking. I’m so glad I did!! Exactly what I was looking for. Any time I think “hmm I wish I could do this” I literally find a way to. I wish more people found this app🫶🏾 and supporting a small developer is the cherry on top. Good job girl this is a life saver 🥹🩷

### ***** "Best for Project Pan"
I’m loving this app. I love that I can see all my products in one place and see what I use on the daily and what I need to prioritize. I’m trying (and failing) at project pan, but this app is so useful. I really appreciate that it’s free. I’ve used one app before and you had to buy some features to add more products. With this app, I can add as many products as I want. Thank you so much for making this app! Hopefully I’ll be able to pan some products and stop spending unnecessarily.

### ***** "Almost Perfect"
I love this app so much! It keeps track of my makeup and how many times I’ve used it! I wish I could see what I decluttered and not vanish into the void. But that could be user error and I can’t find it. If not can this please be added? Thank you!

### ***** "Yes!!!"
Found this through a Reddit post and ran right to the App Store to download and I ended up losing the post bc I got so distracted in setting this amazing app up!! This is it to do project pan!! My only addition would be to have a way to pan something as a user when downloading the app and adding things that have already been in use!
