-- Civi 473, 2026-01-30

### *---- "Mr"
Not receiving verification codes. Tried so many times. Will stick with old App.
-- Kokieroc, 2026-01-29

### *---- "Don’t download"
It requires you to upload your selfie for so called improved security! No thanks, old app is fine! Even main banks don’t ask for your picture. Vanquis should know that people don’t want to give unnecessary data. Next thing you hear is data was stolen and millions of people effected.
-- Imrxn, 2026-01-29

### *---- "Worst service ever"
They block your card without reason and without informing you. After this they play like security bla bla , have zero reason to block your card zero so avoid this!!!!!!
-- Bad management!!!, 2026-01-28

### *---- "It’s broken"
After entering my email, i click on the verification, re opens the app and it just does nothing.
Waste of time .. uninstalled
-- Bler84, 2026-01-28

### *---- "The new app is terrible and does not log in"
After the new app was forced on users, it has been a terrible experience. Only able to log in once since I downloaded the new app. Don’t understand this decision to change a perfectly working app with this non-working app. Repeated login failures. Help centre is absolutely useless. Calls trying to contact the customer service for support go unanswered. Absolute nightmare. Please fix this new stupid app.
-- KAYZLAB, 2026-01-27

### *---- "Rubbish can’t get on it"
Why mess about changing things , Iv tried everything to get on the app ,all it says is try again 🤬
-- Chez.v, 2026-01-27

### ***** "Great"
Nice, clear and simple to navigate around.
-- MissySym, 2026-01-27

### ***** "David Lock"
Great new look. Easy to use yet full of usefulness and an easy to use interface.
