I told him again that that person LITERALLY said no to refunding me because as a private merchant they can basically. But Varo policies sides with the merchants and not the buyers. GO TO A DIFFERENT BANK. They will tell you the managers will tell you no if you ask for one. I told him to just tell me that my money is gone and Carlos kept sighing HEAVILY in my hear. I then called back to reopen the dispute and they took a month to get back to me but not before closing my account without the reason. Two days later they email me saying the disputed the charges due to a failure on their end and when I called to try to get my money to my new bank account they told me the only way they could do it was by check and it would take 21 days. When I asked if they could extradite it (because I have bills to pay) I was rudely told I had to wait for it. They also refused to tell me why my account was closed and to top it off I can’t even open a new bank account with an actual bank because they aren’t finished closing it which is going to take up to three weeks .
