Varsity Reviews

No Point Being Loyal

HumorousAlternativeToMyName on

Australia

App doesn’t have an option for dine-in, insisting you order takeaway, if you try to change it in the options on the web browser the app launches you just get booted back to the takeaway or delivery options. Seems to have been an issue for a while, don’t really see what the point is! No option to log in online, so apparently my loyalty is worth less despite ordering effectively the same way… wonder what the point of the app is then! 🤨

Please fix it

I am sitting at a table at Varsity Fremantle and the app doesn’t let me order food dr the table. I have to order using the web site.

Lack of communication

Joe.____ on

Australia

After scanning the barcode on the table to order food, like i normally did it instructed me to the app to order, which i already have an account for. There was no option for table delivery. It told me i must do a takeaway. After paying, i received no email receipt or confirmation. The screen after successful payment lacked critical information. I had no idea where my food was, and eventually got it after 50 minutes. The confirmation after payment disappeared after I closed the app to check a message, where did it go? Very dissapointing

Doesn’t work

Niknz888 on

Downloaded it at Varsity in Innaloo to place orders from the table. Only options were delivery and pick up ie you’re ordering from home. Looking up tap beers only 4 tap beers were available vs the bar that has about a dozen. Also had to give them all my details. I feel scammed.

Crashing

iPhone 12 iOS 17.4.1, have reinstalled the app and it crashes constantly when trying to open it. Sometimes opens and will crash when using the inbuilt menus.

Sign up works fine, once you finish and try to login. App just crashes and now stuck in a constant crashing state. Won’t open

Glad I no longer have to use Uber to order my favourite burgers! Endless McFlys here I come!
