## Vasanta Bhavan Restaurant Reviews in United Arab Emirates

### **--- "Order"
I ordered two dosa but it took them literally 1.30hrs to deliver
Poor delivery service its better to order
-- Aliyaanwer, 2024-10-21

### *---- "Delivery take lots of time."
Just by showing 20% off, this app doesn’t show status of order. If you want to order dinner order at least 3hours before. They take lot of time to deliver. Better to avoid this app.
-- thalaguru, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Worst app"
No option for zero star, otherwise would have rated zero. Tried continuously for 30 minutes, restarted the app a several times still could not order. The app would not go to payment page. Visited the restaurant and the staff is just not ready to accept that the app could have some issue.
-- Rajveesinh, 2024-05-22

### *---- "Don’t use"
Worst app don’t use
-- Ram@T, 2024-05-04

### **--- "Payment options need improvement"
Address need to be entered every time which makes it hard. Also apple pay doesn’t work. Please fix it.
-- bharathipithan, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Payment issue all the time"
The app has some serious issues below, please rectify as soon as possible:
1) Although the payment card is saved, while making payment using the saved card details, the payment doesnot go through. It is irritating.
2) Payment with Apple Pay does not work at all.
3) While in other location, like Office, if I want to place delivery order to home location, there is no provision in the app to select the nearest Vasanta Bhavan branch and choose the delivery address.

If the above problems are resolved, the app can attract many customers.
-- Afroz_Shaik, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Please do not use this app"
No delivery comes if u use this app
-- YaduWarrier, 2024-03-16

### *---- "Vanishing order and money deducted !!!"
Paid for food through the Apple Pay option - the money was deducted and there was no trace of the order in the app - direct calls to outlet was not answered - never seen such poor customer service and attitude . Even there is no response from the contact number given on the app.

### **--- "Please resolve issues as… I am unable to order"
1- Menu is not showing all items if I want to place an order.
2- chapati which I used to order frequently are no longer showing up… forcing me to order tandoori roti which was delivered undercooked.
3- Many small small bugs like needing to constantly put in address.

Please at least give us the entire menu to order online. It’s sad that this app could be something good but isn’t.
-- fearrprince, 2024-01-17

### *---- "Best restaurant with the worst app experience"
This is one of best restaurants in Dubai for South Indian food. Unfortunately, they have a worst app and delivery service of their own. Best to visit the restaurant and eat, else use any third party app for delivery. Apparently, they don’t receive the online order automatically through their own app and only after your call to the restaurant (hope you get a staff on call who can communicate in English/ Hindi 😅), they manually look out for your order and start the process. I hope they have paid for their app and it’s not a free one that they are forced to use.
