## Vastgoed Services Description
LET OP: U kunt zich alleen registreren op uitnodiging van uw vastgoedbeheerder. Uw e-mailadres en telefoonnummer dienen bekend te zijn bij uw vastgoedbeheerder.

Met Vastgoed Services kunnen huurders van woningen, winkels, kantoren en bedrijfsruimten snel en eenvoudig een reparatieverzoek/melding doorgeven.

Via een keuzemenu kunt u een reparatie doorgeven voorzien van extra toelichting en een aantal foto’s.

In het meldingenoverzicht kunt u als huurder periodiek statusupdates van de meldingen raadplegen en indien de reparatie door een van de ingeschakelde leveranciers is afgemeld een beoordeling geven van de geleverde service.

It’s pretty impressive how bad this app is. All it really has to do is an easy form… but it keeps logging you out when moving the app to the background. Also loading the options in the forms is crazy slow.

I don’t think I’ve ever used such a non user friendly application. Practically nothing makes sense, and 90% doesn’t work as intended. To companies thinking about using this app - please don’t. I could build a better app in a month.

This app is extremely slow and buggy, but there’s no alternative so that why it exists. Constantly freezes. Many spelling errors also like “explenation”. 

I don’t understand why a direct website portal wasn’t possible.

The app has the worst sign-in experience I have ever seen. Literally. Every time I spend ~ 20 minutes on logging in. First trying to figure out the password by typing it manually (iOS passwords manager is not very helpful here either) from the list of passwords I have used previously. The input fields get cleaned up every time I switch between apps so I have to use the keyboard for either email or password field while the other on is in clipboard. After several futile attempts I give up and go with resetting the password. I open up my laptop with an email client to see a temporary password was generated. Trying to put this new one several times. Next, figured out that it is “l” and not “I” between “1” and “!”. And I’m finally at a screen that asks me to come up with yet another password (of course it requires special characters, digits and upper/lowercase characters). Finally, have set up the new password, put it into the passwords list, but deep down I know that I will have to go through it again the next time I login.

Oh, and once I’m in there, the messages for my case are not loading. And while I was writing this review I was logged out again. Hopefully, I won’t have to go through password resetting again.

Ik krijg voortdurend de mededeling dat er een storing is opgetreden, “probeer het later nog eens”. Ik pieker er niet over. Dit kost me te veel tijd. Over huurderstevredenheid gesproken…
