Used to be good, but recently I have been all types of issues when transferring funds to my Companion Cards. Their customer service leaves much to be desired ; being terribly slow in their response. All this adds to a very frustrating experience all round. What's happened to you Vault? You used to be so seamless. Now you present too many challenges 👎🏽

Been using for 4 months and it’s been great... now it asked me to update and I can’t even open the app, sends me back to the App Store to update and around I go.. I need to upload funds as I have subscriptions attached to this and now they will fail... sort it out guys it can’t be that hard to fix!!??

This was a great Card, until they changed payment currencies. Now to put Pounds into my card, I have to buy Euros, load them into my card, and then Exchange back to Pounds. It's costing me a fortune. But other than that. Vault serves my purpose Worldwide
