## VAULTEK Reviews in United States

### *---- "Safe great. app terrible."
Safe great. app terrible. Keeps crashing when pairing
-- Smaux15, 2025-06-16

### ****- "Solid basics"
The app is very basic but doesn’t allow all that much control. Also it’s strange there are 5 different apps in the App Store.
-- Ualodzka, 2024-12-25

### ****- "wrong app"
On the quick start guide it says to download this app and has this app logo on it. But the owner's manual has a different app. I wasn't able to get this app to work with my safe.
-- ProfaneNickname, 2024-12-25

### **--- "Pattern unlock is stupid."
The pattern unlock is the worst part.
-- Hydropower0229, 2024-11-05

### *---- "VAULTEK safe"
Does this app even work anymore? It worked great when I first got the safe, but 7 years later, it doesn’t see my safe.
-- Kenny1379, 2024-08-02

### *---- "Horrible"
This app is horrible, I always have to repair my safe and my easy access adapter. When repairing the app crashes. Straight trash
-- thestjohngroupllc, 2024-05-11

### *---- "VAULTEK- Don’t Buy!"
Update: 9/6/23 Still junk! Bluetooth connectivity issues, no push notifications and clunky old and outdated UI. Customer service? None, which is even worse. Zero stars from me!

1/18/23 Abandoned junk! Doesn’t work. Previous Review: This app is awful. For a high dollar safe the app is low quality. Still not optimized for larger screen phones. Support told me over a year ago (June 2020) that updates were coming. Uhhhhh ok. Need a reliable gun safe? Stay away from VAULTEK. Many other better choices.
-- Maui Kid, 2023-09-07

### *---- "Worthless"
Following instructions on App, completely unable to pair with safe. App isn’t much good if I cannot pair with the safe.
-- WhydoIneedanicnametonrate, 2023-07-01

### *---- "Worthless App nice safe"
I bought my slider series 2 yrs ago. Just got around to getting it mounted and working. Love the safe. Very dissatisfied with the Bluetooth feature. It’s nice for a day until it can’t find the safe. I have done the soft reset and started over 4 days in a row. It just doesn’t stay connected. Bluetooth was the reason I bought the one I did. Should have save my money on that feature. App needs a huge makeover or safe needs better connectivity. Or maybe if you can’t seem to make it work quit selling a Bluetooth version.
-- BW242, 2023-05-05

### *---- "Useless"
Will not pair. Gave up on thousandth time.
Great safe but the app is trash.
