## Vaurec Description
Keep every voice recording private. Vaurec locks your audio behind a passcode and Face ID, and encrypts it on your device — so what you record stays yours.

WHY VAUREC
Most recorders leave your audio wide open. Vaurec is built privacy-first: every recording is encrypted on your device and locked behind a passcode and Face ID / Touch ID. No account, no cloud, no tracking.

RECORD ANYTHING
• One tap to start, stop, pause, and resume
• Unlimited recording time
• Keep recording in the background or with the screen locked
• Capture from the built-in mic, AirPods, or an external microphone
• High-quality lossless audio, saved as standard M4A (AAC)

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Passcode + Face ID / Touch ID lock on the whole app
• On-device encryption — your audio never leaves your phone
• No sign-up, no ads, no data collection

PLAY BACK WITH CONTROL
• Scrub to any point and skip forward or back
• Adjust playback speed
• A living audio wave that moves with your voice

STAY ORGANIZED
• Browse your library by date, search, and rename recordings
• Recently Deleted keeps files for 30 days, just in case
• Custom app icons and accent colors to make it yours

YOURS TO KEEP
• Share recordings to any app
• Export an encrypted backup and import it on a new phone — your files, always yours

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap record and start capturing in a second
2. Set a passcode and Face ID to lock everything down
3. Play back, organize, and share on your terms

Download Vaurec and start recording privately today.

## Vaurec Reviews in United States

### *---- "All recordings lost"
Passcode isn’t working. There is no one to contact for help.
-- cant find nicknane, 2024-10-23

### *---- "Lost recording and no answer from support"
I went and checked on the recordings I made. They are gone. Emailed support multiple times. Never heard back from them.
-- Jay 999999999, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Deleted a recording"
Somehow a recording was deleted without my consent
-- honestreview1234567, 2024-09-11

### ***-- "Help"
I got locked out help?? I don’t remember setting a password
-- Emilittachka, 2024-07-06

### *---- "Recording deleted"
I had a recording of 28 minutes and it deleted. That recording had proof of my ex husband planning to commit Murder. I need that recording ASAP and NO one will answer my emails. This is life or death!!! Someone please help me.
-- Zoesamuels, 2024-05-09

### *---- "Doesn’t Record Streaming Audio"
Records external audio from your phone as does the included voice app with iPhone - but does not record audio directly from your phone that you are streaming. Redundant app already included in iPhone software
-- Swanicyouth, 2024-05-01

### ***-- "Free version is awful"
Thankfully this app isn’t expensive because you really can’t rely on the free version. I ended a recording, an ad popped up, and the recording was just gone.
Otherwise a good app but don’t offer a free version if it ruins the purpose of the app
-- kelsey kristine, 2023-10-07

### *---- "Completely locked out"
I am unable to retrieve any recordings because my passcode is not working. There is no way to reset it, and no way to contact anyone. These were very important recordings… it’s so very frustrating and disappointing that something that should be such an easy fix is impossible. 😡
-- Km09461, 2023-08-14

### ***** "Recording length"
I never write all reviews, but when I downloaded this app, I had a concern about the length the recordings could be or if the app would crash or just stop recording all together if the recording got pretty long. If you have the same concern, read this-
Last night, I made a recording and actually fell asleep while still recording. I woke up the next morning with my phone being off, but the mic was still on and I saw I had a seven and a half hour recording that was still going. Through the entire night, even with the phone being off, the recording continued. Overall, I think it’s safe to say I’m no longer concerned about it. And great app on all other fronts as well
-- Anonymous ShadowXXX, 2023-08-10

### **--- "Unreliable"
The app does whatever it wants. Sometimes it records for hours, other times it stops randomly or doesn’t record at all. It’s utterly unreliable, especially when you have to go in and out of airplane mode. I like the simple design, but you can’t depend on this app.
