## VB METHOD Reviews in United States

### ***** "Loving VB Fit"
I love how easy VB fit is to use even for a Pilates beginner like myself. The videos are clear and descriptive which makes it easy to learn how to do all the moves properly. Best part is, I can actually workout anywhere! Even if I travel, I don’t need to bring anything with, just have my phone handy!
-- BlackCarrionRose, 2025-08-02

### ***** "The best"
Creative, effective workouts. Challenging for advanced but also plenty of beginner friendly options with classes that teach you how to connect more deeply with your body and engage muscles appropriately.
-- ZigzGzifgytag, 2025-07-13

### ***** "Love!"
VB method is so great for a seriously challenging workout. I love the mix of workouts and her cueing are top notch. Her tips for body movement and her personality are amazing. I love working out with her!
-- kimcheck, 2024-10-09

### ***-- "Not for me"
VB is pretty sassy when she responds to inquiries, typically from individuals just trying to learn the method. She loses count the majority of the exercises, having you do way more or way less than she had originally said.
-- KR9427, 2024-08-09

### ***** "VB Method - Awesome fitness app!"
I recently joined this app and love it! Vilmaliz gives good cuing in her classes. She is also very responsive (especially on social media). I look forward to seeing amazing results from her classes. Live classes are upcoming on the app and excited to join those! The app is fairly straightforward to navigate through.
-- Jaana786, 2024-01-08

### ***** "The Perfect Mix of Exercise"
Pilates and weight training is a dream combination and VB Method is exactly that! It's allowed me to finally engage my deepest core muscles and I have more abdominal definition and strength than ever. I feel amazing after VB Method workouts, I look forward to it every time :)
-- HannahMinh, 2024-01-06

### ***** "Love VB Method"
Vilmaliz is an incredible instructor and her calm, positive demeanor makes every class a wonderful one. She never fails to challenge and uplift!

### ***** "Best all in one fitness platform"
The pairing of strength training and Pilates is absolute perfection. V targets abs in ways I never knew possible. Her workouts are so unique and effective.
-- Cwg5172, 2024-01-05

### ***** "LOVE the VB Method"
I have wrangled around with Pilates for the last few years (and also fallen in love with it), but when I found VB Fit through a random YouTube search I was stunned and thrilled by the effectiveness! I got the women in my family on it right away and we simply adore it. While the app has a BUNCH of options (amazing) our obsession is the slow and targeted totally burn-inducing movements. We all feel the strongest we’ve ever been, and the accessibility and opportunities to NOT be sweating profusely or working out forever, while also knowing that it is doing wonderful things for your body, had allowed VB to become part of our daily ritual and one that we have been able to stay committed to (and plan to continue) for a very long time. SO happy my beachbody was on the Fritz a while back and I took to YouTube 😝
