## VBSP SmartBanking Description
Triển khai nền tảng ngân hàng qua điện thoại di động là yêu cầu cần thiết để cung cấp các dịch vụ cho khách hàng như chuyển tiền, tiết kiệm, thanh toán..., tăng cường hiệu quả giao dịch, minh bạch thông tin giữa VBSP và khách hàng, giảm thời gian, khoảng cách địa lý và chi phí giao dịch; tăng cường công tác đối chiếu dư nợ, số dư tiền gửi, giảm tỷ lệ rủi ro gian lận trong hoạt động tín dụng 
 
VBSP SmartBanking là dịch vụ ngân hàng trên điện thoại di động thông minh giúp khách hàng giao dịch với ngân hàng mọi lúc mọi nơi. Ứng dụng thích hợp với tất cả các hệ điều hành, chạy trên mọi thiết bị điện tử smartphone, máy tính bảng… có kết nối 3G/Wifi/GPRS.
Ứng dụng bao gồm các tính năng dịch vụ:
1. Nhóm dịch vụ tài chính
- Chuyển tiền: Chuyển tiền nội bộ VBSP, chuyển tiền nhanh 24/7 đến số tài khoản hoặc số thẻ tại Ngân hàng khác, chuyển tiền thường trong nước.
- Thanh toán hóa đơn: tiền điện, cước viễn thông, vé tàu, vé máy bay, học phí, phí bảo hiểm, học phí, khoản vay tài chính …
- Thanh toán hóa đơn, ví điện từ, nộp thuế, tiền chứng khoán ...  
- Thanh toán bằng mã QRPay 
2. Nhóm dịch vụ phi tài chính
- Kiểm tra thông tin tài khoản thanh toán, tài khoản tiền gửi, tiền vay; Tra cứu lịch sử giao dịch
- Tiện ích tra soát khiếu nại
- Cài đặt: đăng nhập/ xác thực bằng vân tay/ FaceID, đổi mật khẩu, cài đặt danh bạ thụ hưởng/ mẫu hóa đơn, cài đặt phương thức xác thực Smart OTP.
 
Việc triển khai nền tảng ngân hàng qua điện thoại di động tại VBSP sẽ giúp ngân hàng cung cấp các dịch vụ tài chính linh hoạt, thuận tiện và an toàn cho gần 6.4 triệu khách hàng, phần lớn sống tại khu vực nông thôn và có thu nhập thấp, đồng thời tạo điều kiện cho hàng triệu người khác đang lao động ở khu vực đô thị hoặc đi lao động tại nước ngoài có thể dễ dàng chuyển tiền cho người nhà ở nông thôn, vùng sâu, vùng xa.
