its been 6 months i am not able to use my limit because they are bug which team cant able to fix it from last 6 months i reached support but no response from them so don’t waste your time here. Its better to borrow from somewhere else.

Its been 4-5 months I have been paying the money. I have close to 15k on th card When I try to send money, it simply says that “Unable to send due to Technical Error” Seriously worst service. Just taking money but unable to use

It is the worst app I have ever used. The company’s sole purpose is to loot money from their customers without providing any sort of customer support. They charge hell lot of money as interest and service fees whether you transfer money or convert outstanding to EMI. I converted my loan to EMI at that time my total outstanding was 25k the EMI for the outstanding was 3500 for 9 months so I am now paying ₹31000 for 25k outstanding thats fine they are here to earn they also charged ₹600 as a EMI conversion fees so I am to pay 31600 against my 25k. It was still fine but when I got the bill for next month they had already converted my outstanding amount into EMI yet my outstanding was 8000 which should not have been there. I paid the money no issue but then I reviewed even after paying 8k my 8 months EMI is still pending. So basically I am yet to pay 28000. My total outstanding was 25 and I paid 8000 still my 28000 is outstanding as per this fraud company. I have sent at least 6 mails to management to provide the calculation for the outstanding amount but it has been 1.5 months haven’t heard from the customer service. Just got 1 revert some 20 days back that they are reviewing my request and shall resolve my issue soon.

Once a great app now a sham two months unable to withdraw shame shame. A great app great team however technology is finished sad.

This is is not working now. They don’t allow any withdrawals. Don’t use this app.

Worst experience day by day. Their technical issues are never solved , no way to contact the customer service.

App doesn’t move forward after entering phone number. New update borked the app completely. Fix asap

The app seems to be not working for more than 20-30 days now. It shows technical issue and they aren’t even working on getting it resolved. What’s the use when it doesn’t work when you are in need
