## VCDS Description
Browser Shell for VCDS-Mobile™

Although VCDS-Mobile is platform independent and doesn't actually require anything on your iOS device besides a browser, this app makes it easy to locate and identify a HEX-NET™ interface on your WiFi network.

VCDS-Mobile is a dealer-level diagnostic system for VW-Audi Group cars (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, and Bentley). It provides access to fault codes, live data, and various configuration options in all the diagnostic-capable control modules. For more information, see:

Das is nicht mehr zeitgemäß, nachdem sich immer mehr auf dem Smartphone abspielt, sollte es hier eigentlich ein Abbild von der Desktop-Version geben 👍🏾🙋🏽‍♂️

Diese „App“ macht nichts weiter als im Netzwerk nach einen Diagnoseadapter zu suchen und anschließend dessen HTTP-Oberfläche im Browser zu öffnen. Es wäre schön, wenn es eines Tages eine der Desktop-Version gleichwertige Ausgabe gäbe.

Ansich ganz nett, voller Zugriff ist aber nur im Infrastructure Mode vorhanden. Heißt das sich Adapter und iPad im selben Netzwerk (WLAN) befinden müssen. Mein iPad nutze ich aber unterwegs, für den Rest gibt es mein Notebook. Als Workaround kann man mit dem iPad einen Hotspot erstellen, den Adapter damit verbinden und schon geht es unterwegs. Dazu braucht es aber ein LTE-Gerät. In der Zeit wo ich da rumgebastelt habe bin ich mit Laptop und Access Point Mode schon längst fertig, habe vollen Zugriff und das Teil spricht auch Deutsch mit mir. 

Von der Idee gut, in dieser Form aber nicht ansatzweise mit OBDeleven zu vergleichen.

Vorerst entfernt, da habe ich mit Windows und WiFi den deutlicheren Mehrwert. Schade...

Ich weiß nicht was die Leute haben wo nur zwei Sterne oder weniger geben. 

Zugriff auf alle STG, auf Fehlerspeicher lesen und löschen sogar Auto Scan funktioniert. 

Anzeigen der Messwertblöcke im erweiterten Modus. 

Kann die schlechten Rezesionen absolut nicht nachvollziehen 🤷‍♂️, nur weils auf Englisch ist oder wie? Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
