vChannel FAQ
Is vChannel free?
Yes, vChannel is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is vChannel legit?
⚠️ The vChannel app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I have been watching TVB, Chinese, Korean and Japanese dramas in Cantonese from this app for few years. Compared to many others, this app is absolutely FREE with only 1 or 2 advertisement(s) before each episode. Also, most dramas are pretty much up-to-date in the app. The availability of a TVB drama sometimes is even faster than TVB app!
I’m rating this app for only 4 stars is because some dramas have issued and error for playing. Also, when I clicked on some older dramas, many of them are no longer available but the title page are still there. I looked over the app but I don’t think these issues can be addressed to anywhere. Moreover, it is not easy to search for a drama by title or actor/actress in the app. Well again, this app is free so I still rate it 4 stars.
At last, I would like to say “Thank you very much to the owner and the maintenance team.” I appreciate for all your hard work to maintain the app and provide free entertainment to all people who love watching TV drama!

Not open on my iPad
This app is not open on my iPad. Can you please fix it.
App stopped working this week
Not sure if the app stopped working because of the latest bug fix and it is not interoperable with my iPad Air with software version 12.5.7, but the app is freeze with the logo and then closes. I’ve tried restarting and uninstalling the app, but it didn’t fix the issue.
If someone can suggest an alternative app that would be great so I an continue watching the video RSS feed.
Ad Bugs
I’ve been using the app for many years. Recently, one of the Ads’ background music persists while the drama is playing. I believe it’s the Star Trek ad. Please fix. Thanks!
Try Later if It's not working now
I've been using this app for many years. While it's by no means perfect, I appreciate it allows me to watch the latest episodes of the newest dramas for free. I've learned to work with it, for example, play the episode to the very-very end ( take a couple of minutes to stretch or grab a drink) so that it would allow me to play the next episode without seeing 'network error'. Also, it's understandable that at times we can't avoid 'network error' because it needs to be updated in the background or due to poor reception/connection resulted from windy or bad weather condition, etc. In short, many thanks for making this available and an enjoyable source for my retirement. (Dislike those multi- ads on the same page, yuk).
Network error
I have been using this app for years。It was good to watch Asian dramas. However I got error messages in these 2 days ‘not able to connect this channel’ it is really sad. Please update software. Thanks
Can’t see
How can I add channel?
Problems
This app used to work so well. Lately, it’s having issues connecting to the server. I can watch one episode every 2 days. Please fix it
Chromecast problem
