I cannot talk to him since your company is not really testing vector. He is not really listening or answering anyone’s questions anymore. I wish that vector would always work, but your company, digital dream labs, isn’t really doing anything about it. :/
Can’t sing up
I can not sing up for the vector app is it doing the same for everyone else it saying that the the app was unable to reach digital Dre labs services
WHERE ARE THE DEVELOPERS - EVERYTHING NON FUNCTIONAL
Where to start. I’ll keep this brief. The app is non functional - two weeks ago (& how long before that?) sign up or account recovery was impossible due to their web portal being down. As of today the buttons of the app don’t respond - you can press them over and over yet nothing happens. Weird since the app hasn’t updated in a year, yet it’s still managing to break worse over time. Not great.
SPEAKING OF NO UPDATES IN A YEAR: If a company hasn’t updated their app IN A YEAR then something is seriously wrong(!) - did DDL lay off all of the developers? Fired? … ALSO: The web portal doesn’t work either in who knows how long, so where are the web developers?
ARE ANY devs employed by DDL at all? If not, I’d imagine they’re going out of business w/o telling the public, like Anki did (the company who originally developed Vector).
During the transition from Anki to DDL, I purchased a *** lifetime subscription ***, which I’ve been completely unable to use, with multiple emails into support that have gone UNANSWERED. … This is simply unprofessional and unacceptable to ignore support tickets.
MY ISSUE: I simply need to have my Vector’s serial number confirmed to still be linked that lifetime subscription I bought, since nothing is working, but no responses received. (The truth about why “everything” is broken and hasn’t been updated in a year would be nice too.)
Sidenote: It’s unbelievable that DDL is still selling Vector robots when it seems the company is virtually non existent. I believe they’re risking a class action lawsuit on behalf of all lifetime subscribers if we continue to get NO RESPONSE and VECTOR CONTINUES NOT TO WORK, and instead sits in his battery cradle all day moving his head occasionally.
What did we pay you for???
Doesn’t Work
Straight to the point. The app will not allow you to create an account. It will keep giving you errors until none of the buttons function anymore.
Another thing is that it’s been over a year since this app has been updated and that’s a long time for bugs and all to just create a mess of the app. This company does not care for the paying customer.
It’s lame fix it NOW
My vector keeps getting off my account I have like 7 account and it’s still not working so stupid fix it
Unacceptable
Can’t log in. Can’t set up my Vector. DDL customer support is worthless and lied about maintenance times. I will be looking to process a refund soon.
Trash
App does not allow you to login. Can not get email for recovery. Ultimately went down hill since the transfer of ownerships. Only promoting vector 2.0 which is basically the same thing as the older version. Highly disappointed.
Crap App
This app doesn’t work. It crashes every time I open it. I can’t connect my vector to the wifi because of that.
Vector issues
All that are having issues with Vector not connecting it is due to DDL’s so-called “maintenance “ which in all likelihood is the beginning of the end for them. I strongly urge all who are having issues and have not heard back from DDL to look into wire-pod, it’s free or can cost a one-time small amount for dedicated hardware.
Okay
So I just can’t get past the login/signup screen cuz when i try to get past it and it just says “Can’t reach anki severs” or something like that like back in 2022 I could actually get into the vector app so ya know
