## Vector Security Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great service great companies"
App works well so do the companies that work with it
-- Rsgray1, 2025-04-10

### **--- "Still no Widgets- 2 Years Later!"
You all had several years to prepare. Still, no widgets for the past 2 years!! Bring back the widget! Nobody wants to constantly open the app to arm and disarm!
-- KSteel98K, 2025-03-22

### ***** "Doorbell camera"
I am enjoying my extra security with the Doorbell camera.
I would recommend it to anyone that would want to feel safer.
Thanks Vector!

### **--- "Can’t log in"
Need update for app
-- princeryan2471, 2025-02-06

### *---- "Won’t load"
Why is that when my bill is due, the app won’t load the portion that I need to pay my bill? Guess you really don’t want your money
-- kakashifan009, 2025-02-02

### *---- "Can’t control thermostat"
The last time I was able to use the app the control my thermostat was 2 weeks ago. I am unable to adjust the temperature or turn it off completely. Been using it for almost 4 years and never had an issue. Now it’s worthless!!!
-- Jamied60, 2025-01-27

### *---- "Not User Friendly"
Good luck trying to go back and review a recorded event. They have made it nearly impossible to find.
-- Bbdd1643, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Useless as the connection keeps dropping out"
It only enables you to use the app until Vector makes an update on the house panels and you lose connection to the panels. Losing connection to the panels means that you can’t use the app anymore. The panels will likely stop working within a month anyways. So far we have 1 out of 3 panels working and vector has been trying to get the other working for the last two years. You can call wait 30 minutes for vector to not answer you or be transferred to their answering machine. Don’t worry the app has support ticket system which is as useful as the unanswered phone call and messages.
-- Automatic unman phone call, 2024-12-28

### ***-- "Needs Improvement"
Clarity of video is pretty good, however, my problem, has always been with the speed. I'm, at work trying to see who is at my door and more than half the time before the camera, will show me, the person is gone or it just won't, show me at all; this defeats the purpose of why it was purchased.
-- Pnkscopio40, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Poor email returns"
Does not send emails to entered account when it says it has.
