## Vegatouch Eclipse Reviews in United States

### *---- "Update Made It Useless"
No clue what issue the update was trying to solve as it only made it impossible for us to connect. It’s like our panel and the app don’t know each other exist. Super frustrating! Please “unfix” whatever you thought you were fixing so we can use it again!
-- tandamonium, 2025-10-09

### *---- "Don’t waste your time"
This app is absolutely terrible. Normally I just have difficulty connecting remotely, frustrating to say the least but that is just the way it has always been for the 1.5 years we’ve had this coach. Now the darn thing will not connect locally either, at all. I’ve rebooted my phone and my eclipse module multiple times, reconnected the Internet multiple times, and checked for updates. It flat out does not work for us anymore. It’s totally useless!
-- Dailyreaderuntilnow, 2025-09-20

### *---- "Doesn’t connect"
I purchased a new travel trailer by ATC. It’s a pretty high quality build so I expected the tech selections would be equally good quality. While the hardware touch panel works just fine, the Vegastouch Eclipse app doesn’t connect. Bluetooth pairing is a standard feature on thousands of devices. Needs to be fixed in their system.
-- Bigfoot1790, 2025-07-13

### *---- "JUNK"
After paying and mailing my unit to VegaTouch because of failure to update it worked’ for a few weeks. Now it says I need another update. App Store says most recent version is 016 but app says I need 017! Useless junk!
-- Dschob724, 2025-03-20

### **--- "Junk app Junk Company"
Firefly is a poorly run company. The updates do not work and they prevent remote access. They make promises and do not fulfill them. They are a monopoly in the RV industry and they treat their customers as such.
-- Loddy_Toddy, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Doesnt work"
It was working on the app now it wouldn’t communicate not i cant get passed the scan option for blue tooth even though at times it shows up on my Bluetooth, it wont authenticate so now what, the people wont reply to email or anything
-- buchofyouknowwhat, 2025-01-20

### *---- "Doesn’t Connect"
Maybe I could give this at least 2 stars if the app at least connected. But it doesn’t; it continues to scan and reset over and over.

Why do RV companies bother with substandard app development?
-- Havs.Williams, 2024-10-30

### *---- "BEWARE!! Does not work with iPhones"
Does not currently work with iPhones. App does not show up in location services and therefore does not connect. Tech-support keeps telling me to reboot the coach which I’ve done many times. Issue is in the app not the coach.
-- Fstduck, 2024-08-01

### *---- "Nice when it works"
Our system is two years old and has worked on and off by resetting it frequently. Now it quit communicating with the iPhone completely and tech support has been unable to help.
-- Tony81r, 2024-06-28

### *---- "Firefly controls"
app updated now i cant connect to module! main screen in rv doesnt show eclipse either! have unplugged snd reset module numerous time with no luck
-- subpar service, 2024-06-23
